First, you can now recover your login and password information at the website login screen. You can enter either your login or e-mail address and your password will be reset and sent to you via e-mail. Second, you must enter a valid e-mail address when you create a website account. This allows the password recovery feature above and prevents people from creating frivolous accounts. This e-mail address is never visible to the public and is not shared with anybody. I've gone through and deleted any accounts that did not have an e-mail address, so if you've created one, please re-create your account. If you have any questions or need help finding your account, feel free to send me e-mail. It seems that the DivX 5 Quicktime Component, when loaded, causes the cursor to appear after having been hidden, which will cause a desync with SDL's internal state. It turns out that inside the method call: event = [ NSApp nextEventMatchingMask: NSAnyEventMask untilDate: distantPast inMode: NSDefaultRunLoopMode dequeue: YES ]; in SDL_QuartzEvent.m, OS X loads a number of bundles, including Quicktime components. So after a call to this, the mouse reappeared. The solution at the moment seems to be to upgrade to DivX 6.6. Hopefully you find this helpful. - Brian Chin, UCLA ------------------- end forwarded message. In-Reply-To: Message-ID: Peter Lawler has donated a Nintendo DS, and SDL 1.2.12 will include experimental support for homebrew development on it. :) Alec Dun contributed a copy of Windows Vista Ultimate, and I upgraded my MacBook to a Core 2 Duo, so now I have a great 64-bit development and testing system. With Mac OS X running VMware Fusion I can cover nearly all of the supported platforms simultaneously! Thanks to everyone who has donated! :) See ya, -Sam Lantinga, Lead Software Engineer, Blizzard Entertainment
